I wrote the ultimate encryption implementation, wow it is so good! However as far as usability for the average person (or even ultra nerd) leaves a lot to be desired. A WHOLE lot.
Upgrading an internal server from Debian 11 to Debian 12 went fairly good. Even Home Assistant in Supervised mode running on that system survived intact. Maybe Debian isn’t that bad…
I tested Debian 12 as a potential replacement for Ubuntu in the NMRC server environment. It didn’t meet expectations.
I decided to consolidate all of those smart things into one place, and started with a server. Unfortunately I’m running a distro I am not used to, so I’ve had a few hiccups, but it is working now.
